By accessing Genyzo’s website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Genyzo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Genyzo lets you design and publish on-site experiences (including Conversion Pops), manage sites and campaigns, and view visitor insights. Features may vary by plan. We may update the product as we improve it.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, or use Genyzo to violate law or third-party rights.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in the product. Trials convert to paid plans as described at signup unless canceled. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in Genyzo. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genyzo disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
